About Custom Boxez
A packaging supplier, not a print shop.
Custom Boxez has made custom boxes and printed packaging for businesses across the United States for 10 years. Every job starts from the product, its dimensions, its weight and how it sells, and ends with a box that fits it, protects it and carries the brand.
We specify rigid boxes, mailer boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, retail and gift packaging and the inserts that go inside them, in the boards and finishes each product needs. Our team works on dielines and artwork with you from the first brief to delivery at your door.

Ten years of custom packaging
A packaging supplier, not a print shop.

A print shop puts your artwork on a box it already makes. A packaging supplier starts with your product and works out what the box has to be. That is the distinction we have built on for 10 years: structure, board, insert and finish are specified for what goes inside, and the print is laid onto a dieline made for that job.
We do not sell stock sizes. Every custom printed box we produce is cut to the product's dimensions, whether it is a folding carton for a serum, a rigid box for a fragrance set or a corrugated mailer for a subscription order. The minimum is 50 boxes on every structure, so a growing company can start on the same terms as an established one.
The work is custom packaging for products that are sold, gifted and shipped: cosmetics, food, candles, jewelry, apparel, electronics, supplements and the sectors around them. Plain cartons and commodity packaging are not what we do, and we say so early rather than quote for the wrong thing.
What we do on every job
What we do on every job.
Structural guidance
Most briefs arrive as a product and a rough idea. We recommend the family and the closure: rigid or folding carton, reverse tuck or auto-lock, lid and base or magnetic, mailer or corrugated case. The recommendation follows weight, fragility and how the product is sold and travels, and we explain why before you commit to a dieline.
Dielines and artwork
A flat dieline is produced for your dimensions, with panels, scores, glue flaps and any insert cavity marked. Your designer lays print-ready artwork onto it, or our design team prepares the files with you, even from only a logo. Bleed, registration and finish layers are checked before a proof is issued.
Materials
SBS paperboard from 14pt to 24pt, kraft from 18pt to 24pt, corrugated in E-flute, B-flute and double wall, rigid greyboard from 1.5 mm to 3 mm, and specialty papers for wraps and sleeves. The gauge is matched to the product's weight and the structure, and the material is confirmed on the quote.
Printing and finishing
Full color CMYK, Pantone spot color, single color on kraft, and print inside as well as out. Lamination is included on every order; foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, specialty papers and window patching are added where the artwork calls for them. There are no die charges.
Sampling
Standalone samples are chargeable, because one or a few boxes need the same setup and production procedures as the full job. On a qualifying bulk production order, once the order is placed, a pre-production sample may be produced for approval at no additional sample charge. After approval the remaining quantity proceeds.
Production coordination and quality checking
Once the proof is approved and payment is received, standard production runs approximately 10–12 working days. We coordinate board, print, finishing, die-cutting and assembly against the approved specification, and the finished packaging is checked against it before dispatch. Delivery is free to your US address; ground shipping adds 3–5 working days.

Who we work with
Who we work with.
Growing companies
A first custom box is a bigger decision for a small brand than for a large one, so we keep the start simple: a 50-box minimum, a structure recommendation and design support that can start from a logo. The approved specification is kept on file, so the second order and the first new SKU run from what already works.
Established businesses
Ranges with several SKUs, seasonal editions and launches need the same box to come back the same way, and a new size to sit beside the old one. We hold the dieline, artwork and material specification for every approved job, record revisions in writing, and specify additions against the existing range.
Agencies and trade
Branding and creative agencies, packaging designers, print brokers and resellers use us as the production behind their studio. Your client stays your client, proofs and deliveries can carry your branding or none, and we quote from your designer's dieline or issue one. The arrangement is set out.
How it works
From brief to delivery in six steps.
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Dimensions
Send the product's length, width and depth, its weight, the quantity and a photo. A sketch or a competitor's box is a good starting point.
Dieline
We recommend a structure and issue a flat dieline for your product, with any insert cavity marked, for your designer or our team to work on.
Board, print and finish
Material, gauge, print method, lamination and any foil, emboss, spot UV or window are chosen against the product and your budget, and confirmed on the quote.
Proof
A digital proof shows the artwork, finish layers and dimensions in position. Nothing is cut until you approve it, and quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Sample and production
On qualifying bulk orders a pre-production sample is made for approval at no additional sample charge once the order is placed. Production then runs approximately 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment.
Delivery
Finished packaging is checked against the specification and delivered free to your US address, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days.

Great experience as a new entrepreneur. My account rep, Chris Tang, walked me through the entire process and discounted pricing. He helped with my designs and made the necessary changes until I was satisfied with the results. The final production was exactly as I hoped; and Chris met all his committed dates. I definitely plan to re-order through Custom Boxez.

About Custom Boxez
Before you ask.
Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.
Ask on your quoteWhat makes Custom Boxez different from a printer?
We start from the product and specify the structure, board, insert and finish for it, then print onto a dieline made for that job. A printer usually starts from the artwork and a box it already makes.
What is the minimum order?
50 boxes, on every structure from folding cartons to rigid boxes. Unit cost falls as the quantity rises, and your quote shows the price at each quantity you ask for.
How long does an order take?
Standard production is approximately 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days after production, and delivery is free on every order to US addresses.
