Packaging for electronics
Protection first, then a box worth keeping.
Electronics packaging solves two problems at once: the device must not move or take a knock, and the box must look like the product's price. That means a cradle — foam, board or pulp — cut to the device and its accessories, inside a rigid box or a litho-laminated corrugated box that prints in full color and holds its shape.
The best electronics boxes are designed as an opening sequence: lid off, device presented, accessories in a tray below, cable in its own cavity. We draw the insert first and the box around it, and we specify board and foam against the device's weight.

Yes. A litho-printed sheet laminated to E-flute gives a full-color, structural box that is lighter and cheaper than rigid.
Do you provide anti-static packaging?
Insert materials and liners for static-sensitive components are specified per product; tell us what the device needs and we quote accordingly.
Can the insert hold the cable and charger separately?
Yes. Cavities and trays are cut for each accessory so nothing moves or scratches.
What do you need to quote electronics packaging?
Device and accessory dimensions (or samples), weight, the box style, insert material, quantity, finish and your artwork.
