A supplement carton has a job most boxes don't: it carries a regulated facts panel, a warning block, a batch code and a barcode, and it still has to look clean and credible from a meter away. The structure is usually an auto-lock or crash-lock carton — a bottle of capsules is heavy for its size — in 18pt–24pt SBS, with a matte or soft-touch finish that photographs well for online listings.
We lay the compliance content out on the dieline with the artwork so the panel is legible and the front stays uncluttered, and we size the carton to the bottle so it sits square on the shelf.
