Custom e-commerce packaging — branded mailers, inserts and unboxing
Printed mailer boxes sized to your products, inserts that stop movement, and the tissue, stickers and cards that make an online order feel considered. Built for direct-to-customer brands, subscription boxes and marketplaces.

Packaging for online orders
An online brand has one physical moment with its customer: the box on the doorstep. A custom mailer made to the product — printed outside, printed inside, sized so nothing rattles — is the difference between a delivery and an unboxing. It is also the cheapest form of marketing the brand owns, because the customer pays to receive it.
We size e-commerce packaging to the order, not to the largest possible basket: a single-item mailer, a multi-item mailer with a divider, a subscription box with a presentation insert. Smaller, tighter boxes travel better and cost less to send. This is branded product packaging — not commodity shipping supply.

Materials & finishing
E-flute is the e-commerce default: light, strong enough for parcel networks and crisp under print. B-flute for heavier orders.

Right-sizing
Sizing the mailer to the product removes void fill, cuts dimensional-weight charges and stops damage. Tell us your top three order configurations and we size to each.

How it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Dimensions, weight, how it is sold and where it travels. A photo is enough to start.
We recommend the construction for the sector and issue a dieline with any insert marked.
Stock and finishing chosen for the shelf, the courier or the gift table.
You approve a proof before anything runs. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Yes. Interior print is a second pass on press and is the single most effective unboxing upgrade.
E-flute mailers are built for parcel networks; heavier orders move to B-flute. We specify the flute against your product's weight.

A mailer is built to travel; a folding carton is built for the shelf. Many brands need both. Here is how they differ and how to combine them.
