Custom gift boxes — presentation packaging
Boxes made for the moment of opening: rigid lid-and-base, magnetic and drawer boxes, sleeved trays and ribbon-pull constructions, cut to your product and finished with foil, soft-touch or textured wrap. For gifting ranges, sets, seasonal editions and corporate gifts.

What makes a gift box
A gift box is judged on how it opens. Weight in the hand, resistance in the lid, a ribbon that pulls a tray out cleanly, an insert that presents the product rather than just holding it — these are structural decisions, made before any print is chosen. Most gift packaging is rigid, because greyboard gives the weight and the hard edge; some is a heavy-gauge carton or a sleeved tray where flat delivery matters.
We build gift boxes as sets when they need to be: a rigid outer, a fitted insert, a printed sleeve or belly band, tissue and a card. Seasonal editions and corporate gifting run on the same dielines with a change of wrap.
Gift box styles
Each construction is built around the insert that holds the gift.

Custom sizing
Send the dimensions of the product, or of each item in a set with the arrangement you want. We design the insert cavity first — its depth, the spacing between items, where a ribbon or finger recess lifts the product out — then the box around it, and return a dieline with the wrap layout.
Materials & finishing
Gift packaging is where specialty wraps and finishes do the most work: textured paper, foil on a soft-touch black, an embossed mark under the hand, a printed inner liner that shows when the lid lifts. The wrap is finished before lamination, and the board gauge is set so the box keeps its weight and its edges through handling.

Industries we serve
Different sectors fail in different ways — grease, humidity, compliance, drop height, shelf angle. We specify for yours.
All industriesHow it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Product dimensions, weight, quantity and what the box has to survive. A photo or sketch is enough to start.
We draw the insert cavity around the product or the set, design the rigid box, sleeved tray or heavy-gauge carton around it, and issue a dieline with the wrap layout.
Greyboard gauge for weight, wrap paper for the feel, foil and embossing on the wrap before lamination; ribbon pulls, magnets, belly bands and printed cards are specified with the box.
You approve a proof before anything is cut. Rigid gift boxes are assembled by hand with the insert fitted; carton-based gift boxes are delivered flat. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Gift box questions
Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.
Ask on your quoteA rigid lid-and-base or magnetic box with a die-cut insert holding each item is the usual choice. For flat delivery at volume, a sleeved tray or heavy-gauge carton with insert works well.
Yes. Once the structure is dielined, a seasonal edition is a change of wrap artwork on the same box.
Yes. Foil stamping on the lid — gold, silver, copper or holographic — is the most common gift-box finish, often on a soft-touch wrap.
The minimum order for custom gift boxes is 50 boxes, on every construction from a printed carton to a magnetic rigid box.
Product dimensions (L × W × D), quantity, the structure or style you have in mind, material or finish preferences if you have them, and what the box is holding. A product photo helps.
Print-ready vector artwork — AI, PDF or EPS — with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi, laid onto the dieline we supply. If you only have a logo, our design team prepares the print-ready files with you.
Standalone samples are chargeable, because making one box or a handful takes the same setup and production steps as a full run. On a qualifying bulk order, once the order is placed we produce a pre-production sample for your approval at no extra sample charge, and the remaining quantity runs after you approve it.
Standard production is 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days, and delivery is free on every order.
