How it works
How a partner job runs.
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Brief
Share the client brief, the product dimensions and the quantity. A photo or a competitor's box is a good starting point.
Estimate & dieline
You receive a quotation at the quantities you asked for and a dieline to design on. Structure and board are recommended against the product.
Artwork & proof
Your studio lays artwork onto the dieline, or our team prepares it from the client's logo. A digital proof is approved before anything runs.
Sample & production
On qualifying bulk orders a pre-production sample is made for approval at no extra sample charge. Production follows over 10–12 working days.
QC, delivery & repeats
Finished packaging is checked, then delivered free to you or your client. The approved spec stays on file, so repeat orders run from the same proof.

Yes, where that is agreed. Samples, proofs and deliveries can be unbranded or carry your branding, and we communicate only with you.
Will you contact our client directly?
No. A client you introduce is yours. We deal with you unless you ask us to speak to the client, for example to confirm a delivery.
Can you quote from our designer's dieline?
Yes. Send the dieline and the product dimensions and we quote against it. If a structure would work better for the product, we say so before you design.

What are the minimums and lead times?
The minimum order is 50 boxes. Standard production is 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment, plus 3–5 working days for ground shipping. Delivery is free on every order.
Do you publish trade pricing?
No. Partner terms are agreed with you directly. Email sales@customboxez.com with the kind of work you place and we set them up with you.
How do repeat orders work?
The approved dieline, artwork and specification stay on file. A reorder runs from the same proof at the quantity you need, without re-approving the artwork unless something changes.
