Custom product boxes — branded packaging with your logo
You have a product. It needs a box that fits it, protects it and carries your brand. Custom product boxes are specified from the product outward — structure, board and finish chosen for what is inside — and printed with your logo and artwork.

What a custom product box is
A custom product box is not one construction — it is whichever construction the product needs. A tube of serum wants a reverse-tuck carton; a candle in glass wants a rigid box or a carton with an insert; a pair of earbuds wants a printed corrugated box with a cradle. The job is to match the structure, board and closure to the product's weight, shape and price point, then make the print do the brand's work.
That is the difference between a box with a logo on it and custom product packaging. The first is a stock size with your artwork; the second is built from the product outward, so it fits, protects and presents without void fill or compromise.
Choosing the construction
We recommend the structure against the product — you do not need to know the answer before you ask.

Made to the product
Every custom product box starts with the product's length, width and depth, its weight and how it is sold — on a shelf, by courier, as a gift. From that we choose the structure and board, set the clearance for an insert or for the product on its own, and return a dieline for approval.
If you have a product in hand, a photo with a ruler in it is a perfectly good starting point. If the product is still in development, the dimensions from the drawing are enough to size a first dieline, and we confirm the fit against the real thing before anything is cut.
Materials & finishing
Print runs on paperboard, on a rigid wrap or on a corrugated liner, and the board is chosen for the construction the product needs; finishing is applied to whichever surface the customer touches first — the front panel of a carton, the lid of a rigid box, the outside of a printed corrugated box.

Customization
Any combination the structure will carry. Options are confirmed against your artwork at quote.
What goes in a custom product box
Tubes, jars, droppers — cartons with fitted inserts and soft-touch finishes.
Glass jars and tins in rigid boxes or cartons with a cradle insert.
Bottles and sachets in auto-lock cartons with clear compliance panels.
Printed corrugated or rigid boxes with cradles that stop movement.
Windowed cartons and trays on grease-resistant board.

Industries we serve
Different sectors fail in different ways — grease, humidity, compliance, drop height, shelf angle. We specify for yours.
All industriesHow it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Product dimensions, weight, quantity and what the box has to survive. A photo or sketch is enough to start.
From the product's dimensions, weight and how it is sold, we recommend a folding carton, rigid box or printed corrugated box, size it with the right clearance and issue the dieline with any insert cavity marked.
Board and gauge are chosen for the construction; your logo and artwork are laid onto the dieline in full color, Pantone or foil; the finish is chosen for the surface the customer touches first.
You approve a proof before anything is cut. Cartons and corrugated boxes are delivered flat; rigid boxes arrive assembled. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Product box questions
Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.
Ask on your quoteA box specified from your product outward — structure, board, size and print all chosen for what goes inside — rather than a stock size with a logo added.
Yes. Logos print in full color, in Pantone brand colors, in a single color on kraft, or as a foil stamp or emboss on the front panel.
It depends on the product's weight, shape and price point. Cartons suit most retail goods; rigid boxes suit gifting, higher-value and heavier products; corrugated suits products that travel or need protection. Tell us what you are packing and we recommend.
Yes. The minimum order is 50 boxes on every structure, which is where many small brands start, and unit prices fall as quantities rise.
Yes. Every box is cut to your product's dimensions rather than picked from a stock list, and a dieline is produced for your job.
Product dimensions (L × W × D), quantity, the structure or style you have in mind, material or finish preferences if you have them, and what the box is holding. A product photo helps.
Print-ready vector artwork — AI, PDF or EPS — with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi, laid onto the dieline we supply. If you only have a logo, our design team prepares the print-ready files with you.
Standalone samples are chargeable, because making one box or a handful takes the same setup and production steps as a full run. On a qualifying bulk order, once the order is placed we produce a pre-production sample for your approval at no extra sample charge, and the remaining quantity runs after you approve it.
Standard production is 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days, and delivery is free on every order.
