Custom food packaging — bakery, confectionery and specialty foods
Cartons, windowed boxes, trays and printed corrugated for bakery, confectionery, coffee, tea and specialty foods. Board and coatings chosen for the product — grease, moisture, chilled — and printed with your brand.

Packaging for food
Food packaging is specified backwards from the product: how greasy, how moist, how fragile, how long on the shelf. Bakery wants grease-resistant board and often a window; confectionery wants a rigid or heavy carton with a divider insert; coffee and tea want a carton that protects a bag or tin; chilled products need a coating that survives condensation. Only then does the print come in.
We build food packaging for retail and for delivery — the windowed carton that sells a cookie on the counter and the printed corrugated box that gets a gift hamper to a door in one piece. Materials are selected for direct or indirect contact as the product requires.

Materials & finishing
Food-contact board grades and coatings are specified per product. Kraft reads natural for bakery and coffee; SBS gives the sharpest print for retail confectionery.

Food contact
Whether the food touches the board directly or sits in a liner decides the grade and coating. Tell us the product and we specify accordingly; documentation for the chosen stock is supplied with your quote.

How it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Dimensions, weight, how it is sold and where it travels. A photo is enough to start.
We recommend the construction for the sector and issue a dieline with any insert marked.
Stock and finishing chosen for the shelf, the courier or the gift table.
You approve a proof before anything runs. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Food packaging questions
Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.
Ask on your quoteBoard and coatings are specified per product for direct or indirect contact, and the material specification for the chosen stock is supplied with your quote.
Yes. Windows are die-cut to shape and patched with clear film; the board is grease-resistant so the window stays clean.
A rigid lid-and-base box or a heavy-gauge carton with a cell divider insert, so each piece sits still and the box opens like a gift.
Yes. Single- and two-color print reads well on natural kraft; full-color print is possible but muted. White ink underlays are available for brighter artwork.
The product, its dimensions and weight, whether it touches the board, how it is sold (retail, counter, delivery), the quantity and your artwork.
