Custom candle boxes — cartons, rigid boxes and inserts for glass
Rigid boxes and heavy cartons with inserts that keep a glass jar or tin from moving, printed and finished to match the candle's positioning — kraft and single-color for craft ranges, soft-touch black and foil for luxury.

Packaging for candles
A candle is heavy for its size, usually in glass, and often sold as a gift. The box has to take the weight without bowing, keep the jar from touching the board, and open well. That means an auto-lock or crash-lock base for cartons, a board or pulp insert around the jar, and — for premium ranges — a rigid lid-and-base box with a fitted cavity.
Candle brands live on scent names and label design, so the box is a second label: the same typography, the same color story, on a surface people keep. Soft-touch black with a foil name is the luxury default; kraft with a single-color print is the craft default. Both start from the jar's dimensions.

Materials & finishing
Candle boxes run heavier than most cartons because of the weight. The finish does the positioning: soft-touch and foil for luxury, uncoated kraft for craft.

Inserts for glass
A cradle insert cut to the jar's diameter holds the candle central, stops the lid rattling and takes the knock if the box is dropped. It also lifts the candle so it presents when the lid comes off.

How it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Dimensions, weight, how it is sold and where it travels. A photo is enough to start.
We recommend the construction for the sector and issue a dieline with any insert marked.
Stock and finishing chosen for the shelf, the courier or the gift table.
You approve a proof before anything runs. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Ask on your quoteFor retail, a 20pt–24pt auto-lock carton with a board cradle insert. For gifting, a rigid lid-and-base box with a fitted cavity. Both are sized to the jar's diameter and height.
For glass, yes — an insert keeps the jar off the board, stops movement and takes impact. For tins a well-sized carton is often enough.
Yes. Variable scent names run as separate print versions on the same dieline, or as a printed label or belly band over a common box.
Yes. Natural kraft with single- or two-color print suits craft and eco ranges; white ink is available for brighter marks.
The jar or tin's diameter, height and weight, quantity, structure preference, finish and your artwork. The number of scents matters if names change per box.
