Custom corrugated boxes — printed fluted board
Fluted board packaging specified to the weight and fragility of what goes inside, and printed with your brand. Product boxes, presentation packs, retail-ready cases and heavy-duty structures in E, B and double-wall board — made to size, not chosen from a chart.

What corrugated packaging is
Corrugated board is a wave of fluted paper glued between two flat liners. The flute gives it stiffness and cushioning far beyond its weight; the liner gives it a surface to print. Change the flute profile and you change what the box can carry — E-flute for a fine, printable retail box, B-flute for a heavier product, double wall for the things that must not break.
Custom corrugated packaging is about matching board to product. We specify the flute, liner and structure to what you are packing — its weight, whether it stacks, how it is handled and how far it travels — then print it as a branded product box, a retail-ready case or a presentation pack, rather than sizing a commodity carton around it. Litho-laminated liners give full color where the box is seen; flexo on kraft does the job where it is not.
Corrugated structures
Each structure is specified to the load and printed as branded packaging.

Custom sizing
Tell us the product's dimensions, its weight and how it will be handled — by hand, on a pallet, stacked in transport. We select the flute profile and liner for the compression the box has to take, size the structure to the contents and return a dieline with scores, glue flap and any hand holes marked.
Heavier or more fragile products may need double-wall board or a fitted corrugated insert; multi-packs may need cell dividers. We recommend rather than over-specify, because a heavier board than the load needs adds weight and bulk for no gain.
Materials & finishing
The flute sets the strength, stacking and cushioning; the liner sets the print. E-flute prints finely and folds tight; B-flute takes more compression and more knocks; double wall is for loads where the board itself is the protection. Litho-laminated liners give corrugated the same full-color finish as a folding carton; flexographic print goes straight onto the kraft liner.

Customization
Any combination the structure will carry. Options are confirmed against your artwork at quote.

Inserts & dividers
Die-cut corrugated inserts, partitions and cradles are made from the same board as the box, so the whole pack is one material and recycles together.
Client work
The corrugated shipper we produced for Poppi's "Soda's Back" launch, filmed on a phone: a magenta flood-printed regular slotted carton with the poppi wordmark, the #sodasback message on the side panels and the can pattern printed on the inside of the flaps. It carried the rigid launch boxes shown on the rigid box page. Poppi has agreed to be named here.
Filmed by Custom Boxez on a production carton. Muted; plays only when you press play. Poppi is named with its agreement.
Finished work
Printed E-flute structures beyond the mailer: lid-and-base, clamshell, pizza and carrier boxes.

Industries we serve
Different sectors fail in different ways — grease, humidity, compliance, drop height, shelf angle. We specify for yours.
All industriesHow it works
You do not need a dieline, a spec sheet or print-ready artwork to start. You need to know roughly what you are packing.
Product dimensions, weight, quantity and what the box has to survive. A photo or sketch is enough to start.
We match the flute profile — E, B or double wall — to the product's weight and how it is handled, choose the liner and structure, and issue a dieline with scores, glue flap and any hand holes or lock tabs marked.
Flexographic print for one- and two-color marks on kraft; a litho-printed sheet laminated to the flute for full color; digital where the run suits it. Coating and any corrugated insert are specified against the journey.
You approve a proof before the board is converted. Boxes are printed, die-cut, scored and glued, then delivered flat to erect at packing. Quantities and lead time are stated in writing.
Finished packaging is delivered free to your address in the United States, flat or assembled as the structure requires. Allow 3–5 working days for ground shipping after production.

Corrugated questions
Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.
Ask on your quoteCardboard is a loose term. Corrugated board has a fluted layer between two liners, which is what gives it strength; paperboard (what folding cartons are made from) is a single solid sheet.
E-flute for retail and mailer boxes where print matters; B-flute for heavier products; double wall when the board itself is the protection. We recommend against the product's weight and route.
Yes. A litho-printed sheet is laminated to the fluted board, giving the same color quality as a folding carton. Flexographic print suits one- and two-color brand marks on kraft.
Our work is custom printed packaging made to a product. If you need plain commodity cartons in stock sizes, a packaging distributor will serve you better.
The minimum order for custom corrugated boxes is 50 boxes. Your quote shows pricing at each quantity you ask for.
Product dimensions (L × W × D), quantity, the structure or style you have in mind, material or finish preferences if you have them, and what the box is holding. A product photo helps.
Standalone samples are chargeable, because making one box or a handful takes the same setup and production steps as a full run. On a qualifying bulk order, once the order is placed we produce a pre-production sample for your approval at no extra sample charge, and the remaining quantity runs after you approve it.
Standard production is 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days, and delivery is free on every order.
