Custom Boxez

Industries we serve

Custom packaging specified for how your sector sells.

The same custom printed box does not serve a serum, a candle, a phone accessory and a box of pastries. Each sector packs a different weight, sells in a different place and asks the box to carry different information. The industry pages show what is usually specified for each market; this page explains how those needs differ.

Cosmetics, food, candles, soap, jewelry, apparel, electronics, e-commerce, supplements and gifting — each with the structures, boards and finishes that suit it.

Set of printed cosmetic cartons in white, orange and pink

Cosmetics & Beauty

Cartons with fitted inserts for tubes, jars and droppers; rigid boxes for fragrance and gift sets; soft-touch, foil and spot UV finishes that read as premium on the shelf and in the hand.

Kraft take-out food box with a folded lid

Food & Beverage

Cartons, windowed boxes, trays and printed corrugated for bakery, confectionery, coffee, tea and specialty foods.

Black rigid candle boxes with gold foil detail and a glass candle

Candles

Rigid boxes and heavy cartons with inserts that keep a glass jar or tin from moving, printed and finished to match the candle's positioning — kraft and single-color for craft ranges, soft-touch black and foil for luxury..

Kraft soap box with a printed white sleeve

Soap & Bath

Sleeves, tuck cartons, window boxes and kraft wraps for handmade and premium soap, bath bombs, salts and body care — sized to the bar, breathable where the product needs it, and printed to the brand..

Navy rigid jewelry box open to show a pendant on a velvet insert

Jewelry

Rigid boxes with fabric-wrapped or foam inserts cut for rings, necklaces, earrings and watches; drawer boxes, magnetic boxes and sleeves with foil and soft-touch finishes.

Black rigid apparel box with a pink satin lining

Apparel

Printed mailer boxes and garment boxes sized to a folded product, with printed tissue, stickers and inserts that make an online order open like a store purchase.

White printed carton for a small electronic device

Electronics

Rigid boxes and printed corrugated with foam or board cradles for devices, accessories and cables.

Black two-piece shirt box with a folded shirt inside

E-commerce

Printed mailer boxes sized to your products, inserts that stop movement, and the tissue, stickers and cards that make an online order feel considered.

Printed supplement cartons with an information panel

Supplements

Auto-lock and tuck cartons sized to bottles, jars, sachets and tubs, with the panel space for supplement facts, warnings and barcodes laid out cleanly.

Kraft two-piece gift box tied with a brown ribbon

Gifts

Rigid presentation boxes, hamper boxes with inserts, sleeved trays and seasonal editions for brands whose product is given as much as bought.

How to choose

How packaging needs differ by sector.

  • Weight

A jar of cream, a bottle of hair care or a candle in glass needs a heavier board and a base that will not fail: an auto-lock carton in a higher caliper, or a rigid box. A lipstick sits in a light carton. Gauge and closure follow the weight, not the category.

  • Fragility

Glass, ceramics, electronics and chocolate need the product held still: an insert cut to the footprint, a corrugated structure where the box itself is the protection, or both. Fragile products that travel are specified for the parcel network as well as the shelf.

  • Presentation and retail display

A box that sells from a shelf has two seconds to work. Windows show the product, hang tabs hold a peg and the front panel carries the brand and the claim. Gift and jewelry packaging is judged in the hand, so a rigid box with a fitted insert does the work.

  • Inserts

Cosmetics, jewelry, electronics and sets almost always take an insert: board, foam, moulded pulp or fabric-wrapped, one cavity per item. Bakery and confectionery take dividers and trays. Apparel rarely needs one. The insert is drawn with the dieline so it fits the box it goes into.

  • Delivery

Products sold direct to consumer meet a courier before they meet the customer. E-commerce and subscription packaging is a corrugated mailer printed inside and out, sized so nothing moves and the opening is worth photographing. Retail products travel in cases and can use a lighter primary box.

  • Dimensions

Every box is made to the product's measurements. A range with several sizes of the same product, such as a skincare line or a candle collection, is specified so one structure and one artwork scale across the sizes, with a dieline produced for each.

In detail

Information panels and repeat orders.

  • Labelling and information panels

Cosmetics carry ingredient lists and volume marks; supplements carry facts panels and warnings; food carries ingredients, allergens and weights; electronics carry compliance marks and barcodes. You supply the regulatory content and we lay it out on the dieline with the artwork, so it prints legibly and the front panel stays clean.

  • Repeat ordering

Most sectors reorder the same box, or the same box in a new size or colorway. The approved dieline, artwork and specification stay on file, so a reorder runs from the same proof at the quantity you need, and a new SKU is specified against the existing range.

Industry questions

Before you ask.

Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.

Ask on your quote

My product is not in a listed industry. Can you still make the box?

Yes. The industry pages are starting points, not limits. Send the product dimensions, weight, quantity and a photo, and we specify the structure, board and finish for it.

Can you print regulatory information and barcodes?

Yes. You supply the content: ingredients, facts panels, warnings, barcodes and compliance marks. We place it on the dieline with your artwork so it is legible and in the right position.

What is the minimum order?

50 boxes on every structure, for every sector. Unit cost falls as the quantity rises.

How long does production take?

Approximately 10–12 working days from proof approval and payment. Ground shipping adds 3–5 working days after production, and delivery is free on every order to US addresses.
